Spring Fundraising Lunch a Great Success
Chestnutt house iconApril 11, 2019 was a perfect Eastern North Carolina Spring day ... and a perfect day for our annual fundraising lunch. Activity started early and went well into the afternoon and we served up what many described as "a truly traditional Southern lunch". We pass along generous thanks to all of our members who volunteered their time and effort to make, serve, and in some cases deliver lunch. It was truly a group effort and we now find ourselves in a much better financial position to further our projects currently in work and many more included in our long range goals. New for this year is that we have graduated levels of membership. In addition to our basic memberships for Individuals and Couples, we have added three levels that make it easier for you to donate to our cause. The Schoolmaster Level at $50, the Heritage Level at $100 and the Preservationist Level at $250 will help us in our organizational efforts and are also tax deductible under the IRS Code 501(c)(3).
Not convenient to be an active member, but still would like to support our programs? If so, then any donation you wish to make will be very much appreciated.
